Before using Yanance Convert (as defined below), you (“User”) must carefully read and fully understand these Yanance Convert Terms and Conditions (the “Convert Terms”), which may be updated from time to time. If you do not agree to or cannot accept any part of these Convert Terms, you must not use Yanance Convert.
By using Yanance Convert, or by checking (“✓”) the box stating “I have read and agree to the Convert Terms and Conditions”, or by accepting these terms in any other form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Convert Terms.

These Convert Terms are supplemental to Yanance’s general Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”). All provisions in the Terms of Use apply to your use of Yanance Convert and are incorporated here by reference as though fully stated.
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Terms of Use and these Convert Terms, the provisions of these Convert Terms shall prevail.
Before using Yanance Convert, you must ensure that:
You are legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
You are not a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction (as defined in the Terms of Use).
You have verified that the laws of your country or region permit the use of Yanance Convert.
Yanance makes no representation or warranty that Yanance Convert is suitable or legally permissible in any particular jurisdiction. You accept full responsibility for any risks, liabilities, or legal consequences arising from the unlawful use of Yanance Convert in your country or region.
Given the evolving nature of online services, Yanance reserves the right to amend or update these Convert Terms at its sole discretion.
You are responsible for reviewing the most recent version of the Convert Terms by visiting our Platform regularly. If you do not agree with any revised terms, you must immediately discontinue use of Yanance Convert.
Your continued use of Yanance Convert after any updates will be treated as acceptance of the latest version of the Convert Terms.
In case of inconsistencies, conflicts, or omissions between translated versions of the Convert Terms, the English version shall prevail.
Unless otherwise defined in these Convert Terms or unless the context requires otherwise, all capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meaning as set forth in the Yanance Terms of Use.
Yanance Convert allows Users to convert all or part of their crypto assets held in their Trading Account or Funding Account into another supported crypto asset, based on the trading pairs available on the Yanance Convert platform. All conversions are subject to Yanance’s acceptance or rejection.
Users may request a conversion by placing one of the following order types:
Market Order:
Users specify the type and amount of the crypto asset they wish to convert and the type of crypto asset they wish to receive.
Limit Order:
Users specify the type and amount of the crypto asset to be converted, the type of crypto asset to be received, the limit price at which the conversion should occur, and the expiry date of the limit order.
When initiating a Market Order, Yanance may (but is not obligated to) provide a non-binding, indicative, and discretionary quote (“Convert Quote”).
Users may choose to accept or reject the Convert Quote within the time frame specified at Yanance’s discretion.
If accepted, the User’s confirmation authorizes Yanance to submit a trade request (“Order Request”) at the quoted price.
Once an Order Request is submitted, Yanance may lock the required crypto assets in the User’s account until the conversion is completed.
Important: Once a Trade Request is accepted by Yanance, the User cannot cancel the conversion, withdraw, transfer, or otherwise use the assets involved until the conversion is settled.
Users acknowledge and agree that the Convert Quote may differ from the prevailing market value of the crypto asset at any given time due to market conditions, liquidity, trade size, internet speed, technical factors, or other circumstances.
When initiating a Limit Order, Yanance may, at its sole discretion, accept or reject the request.
Even if Yanance accepts a Limit Order, it does not guarantee execution, even when the market price meets or exceeds the specified limit price.
Execution depends on multiple factors, including market conditions, liquidity, and system availability.
Yanance shall not be responsible for any losses, missed profits, or opportunity costs arising from the failure to execute a Limit Order.
By using Yanance Convert, Users acknowledge and accept that Yanance is not responsible for any losses, missed profits, or opportunity costs resulting from price fluctuations of crypto assets during the conversion or settlement period.
Yanance does not charge a direct service fee for using Yanance Convert. However, Users acknowledge and agree that:
A conversion spread, determined solely by Yanance, may be included in the conversion price.
This spread accounts for market volatility and enables Yanance to temporarily lock in a conversion price during the settlement process.
Users are strictly prohibited from using Yanance services (including Yanance Convert) to engage in any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
Supporting, inciting, or participating in terrorist activities.
Engaging in money laundering or related unlawful financial activities.
Fabricating or spreading false information, rumors, or content that disrupts social order.
Promoting or distributing obscene, violent, or harmful content.
Participating in activities that violate applicable laws or regulations in any jurisdiction.
Additional restrictions:
Users must not use methods to mask internet traffic or IP addresses (e.g., proxies, Tor, VPNs) or other technical services that conceal their network connection.
Users must not act on behalf of Yanance or use Yanance’s platform information or data without prior written authorization.
User warranties:
You guarantee that your use of Yanance services will not harm Yanance’s reputation or expose Yanance to legal liability, penalties, fines, or sanctions.
All warranties and representations you make under the Terms of Use and these Convert Terms remain valid and accurate.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information obtained during the negotiation, signing, and performance of these Convert Terms, including but not limited to:
Business, financial, operational, or technical information.
Documents, materials, and data not available through public channels.
Restrictions:
Neither party shall disclose such confidential information to third parties or use it for purposes beyond this agreement.
Breach of this confidentiality clause will require the breaching party to fully compensate the other for any resulting economic losses.
Duration:
This confidentiality obligation shall remain in effect after termination of the Terms of Use and these Convert Terms.
Yanance reserves the right to restrict, modify, suspend, or terminate Yanance Convert services (in whole or in part) at its discretion.
Yanance may close or terminate services or orders at any time to protect Users’ assets and rewards if foreseeable risks are identified.
If a User violates these Convert Terms, Yanance may immediately suspend or terminate access to Yanance Convert services and take any necessary legal action within the scope of applicable laws.
The General Provisions of the Yanance Terms of Use apply to these Convert Terms.
Any matters not addressed in these Convert Terms may be governed by a supplementary agreement between the parties.
Yanance may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Convert Terms without restriction.
Users may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations without Yanance’s prior written consent.
By using Yanance Convert, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Convert Terms.
